Shipping Policy

All sales are final. Please carefully review your information (name, address, and order) before finalizing your purchase. 

We understand sometimes mistakes happen and if you need to change or adjust your address you may. As long as the order hasn't been packed and shipped out, we can make a change to the shipping address, just contact us via email at pjsapparels@gmail.com and let us know. If your order has already been shipped out, we will have to wait until the order is returned to us, at which point we will contact you via email to have the item resent, the customer will be responsible for the re-ship cost.

Once we ship out your item, you will be emailed a tracking number and you can track the order there. We ship our items between 3-5 days or sooner for speedy delivery. Orders take about 1-3 business days for processing.  Domestic (US) orders take 3-5 business days with first class including tracking and international orders take roughly 14-21 business days. Due to the current pandemic with COVID-19 the USPS may be delayed so please allow extra time for delivery.
